Individual Therapy (ages 18+)

You are in a pivotal time of transition in life that has you feeling different than before. Maybe you’re trying to understand these feelings or just trying to figure out how to maneuver through this new phase of life. Is this really what life has to be like now? When will I figure out what I want to be when I “grow up?” Is there any way to feel better about what is happening right now? I am tired of putting on a happy face for everyone else when I am crying inside. Surely this won’t last forever, right? Do you find yourself saying, “This is not the way I planned it.” Life adjustments and uncomfortable feelings can be scary and even a little infuriating at times. Sometimes you just need someone else to talk to about what is happening without feeling judged, allowing you the freedom to speak your true thoughts without fear of hurting someone else’s feelings.
